From the moment you first reach out to us, we promise to clearly explain our process and to help you achieve your needs, even if that ends up not being us.

  • 1. PRE-MEETING

    We love to be in contact and hear your needs and ideas. We can sign an NDA if needed, and we don’t believe in charging money just to have a conversation. This is the first step of the process - we’ll get on a Zoom call, a phone call, or even meet in person and to see where you’re coming from and what your needs are. 

  • 2. PROPOSAL

    After our initial meeting, we’ll take your needs, sit down and sketch out a rough-draft proposal for what we think it will cost and draw a few screens up for you to consider. The best part - there is no commitment and will cost you no money to get a proposal. We’re confident in our product and believe you will see the value in our process and brand too. This is to help us understand exactly what your needs are, and if you’re less sure on some specific details, we want it to help you figure out exactly what you want.

  • 3. PROTOTYPE

    Once you’re ready to make the leap, we’ll start the process by signing a contract with the project scoped out. We’ll then build out your site pages with all the buttons, features etc. and iterate on that until you’re satisfied. This is where we will build your custom user experience based on what is best for your unique business and clients.

  • 4. DEVELOPMENT

    This is where we’ll spend most of our time. Once the intitial website pages are built in the prototype step, we will finalize any changes needed and add any details we discuss together. We will also refine the user experience in order to best serve you and your clients.


    For the duration of this process, we’ll be communicating with you on how it’s going and have you sign off on the completed work.

  • 5. PRODUCTION

    You’ll be off! But the relationship doesn’t end here - it’s easy to add features as you go, post-release. Since we’ll have worked with you before, it’s easy to scope out new features. On our side, we’ll continue to monitor and maintain your website, so you won’t have to worry about future computer updates breaking your systems, and if your system goes down for any reason, we’ll fix it without you having to do a thing.
